4.1 Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on lncauto.co.za, you agree to these Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

4.2 Product Use
All auto spares are sold for professional use or experienced DIY installation. LNC Auto is not liable for installation errors, vehicle damage, or consequential losses arising from incorrect fitment.

4.3 Compatibility
It is your responsibility to verify part compatibility using your vehicle’s VIN, OEM number, or by consulting our team. We provide guidance but do not guarantee fitment if customer supplies wrong vehicle details.

4.4 Pricing & Availability
Prices are in ZAR (incl. VAT unless stated otherwise). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; you will be given the option to cancel or pay the difference.

4.5 Warranties

· New parts: Covered by supplier warranties (typically 6–12 months).

· Electrical goods non-returnable (see 2.3) but may have manufacturer warranty – proof of failure required.

· No warranty for misuse, poor installation, or electrical surging.

4.6 Limitation of Liability
LNC Auto’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect damages, labour costs, towing, or lost income.

4.7 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates’ Court or High Court, as applicable.

4.8 Amendments
We may update policies at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the revision date.
