Shipping policy

1.1 Delivery Areas
LNC Auto delivers nationwide within South Africa using major couriers (e.g., The Courier Guy, Dawn Wing, or Fastway). Selected remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

1.2 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with tracking details once dispatched.

1.3 Delivery Times

· Major centres (JHB, CPT, DUR, PE, BFN): 1–3 business days

· Regional towns: 3–5 business days

· Remote/farm areas: 5–7 business days

1.4 Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination. Free standard shipping for orders over R1,500 (excl. VAT).

1.5 Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address provided by the customer or refusal to accept the parcel, re-delivery fees will apply.

1.6 Damage in Transit
Inspect parcels immediately upon delivery. If damaged, refuse acceptance or note “Damaged on arrival” on the courier slip and contact us within 24 hours.
